Any Cake Is Single Serve If You’re Brave Enough

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Add and mix the egg, sugar, vanilla, yogurt, vinegar, salt, milk, & oil (or butter) to your baking dish. (Due to the small quantity of ingredients, it is OK to mix everything in one bowl or baking dish.)
3. Add the flour and baking soda to the wet mixture & mix again until combined. (Do not overmix the batter or else it will become dense once baked.)
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you insert a fork & soft crumbs come out.
5. For the frosting, cream the butter for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and food coloring.
6. Let the cake cool & top with icing & sprinkles.
7. Enjoy!

Note: If you’re doubling this recipe, I would recommend separating the wet and dry ingredients first. Then pouring dry into wet (I did not do this in the video but still recommend if you want a light fluffy cake).
